In order to use YungJunk, you may have to enter school/class information that will help you find the textbooks you are for. You may enter information for textbooks you are selling. You may enter information for Notes you are buying and or selling. You may enter information for Music you are buying or selling. You may enter information for events you are buying or selling tickets for.

SCHOOL, NAME, PERSONAL INFORMATION, CLASSES, AGE, LOCATION AND OTHER INFORMATION SUBMITTED.

Any school information, personal identifiable information including but not limited to name, pictures, age, sex, gender, race, location, is in the public/private section, however your profile information will only be provided as authorized by you in the privacy section of YungJunk.com.

Renting Textbooks

• You hereby agree to rent books or textbooks at current listed price and never to negotiate or communicate out of YungJunk.com, if you do so, this voids any warranties and you cannot be protected under the 'YungJunk' 1-2-3 Guarantee.
• You hereby agree to return material rented from YungJunk.com, its affiliates, any member you rented items from and within the YungJunk Marketplace.
• If you decide to rent a textbook, you agree to return the book within specified dates of rental term or be charged a late fee or entire costs of the book at fair market value.
• If you do not return items rented to YungJunk or its affiliates or a Marketplace member you've rented from, you authorize YungJunk to take funds through your credit card or bank account to compensate for the difference and expenses owed to us or our vendor.
• If you DO NOT return rented materials, you agree we may further your information to collections and put a hold or freeze on your transcripts. This can be avoided by simply returning merchandise that was rented or settling your account.
• You agree YungJunk.com can charge small amounts from your credit card each month to verify your credit card is up to date and activated. The amount charged will not be larger than one dollar ($1.00) or what's considered one dollar in your country.
• If your ratings as a renter fall below our expectations, we reserve the right to close your account, ban your name, email, and other information identifying you for who you are.
• If such a ban occurs, and there are funds within your account, you do understand there is a possibility of losing such funds.

Selling or Renting Out Textbooks

• You hereby agree that all books listed are available to be shipped immediately to the intended buyer.
• You hereby agree that all books listed in their entirety resemble the books in the description section of the listing page.
• You agree never to share personal information gathered at the time of 'shipment confirmation' to anyone including any third party vendors, companies or organizations.
• You agree with insufficient ratings you can be blocked as a participant of any of the selling features on YungJunk or its affiliates. Please visit our Marketplace Terms and Policy page for more information.
• You agree that your account can be frozen with any funds in it and be held up to 180 days for security breach or for low seller or below seller performance.
• You agree YungJunk.com and its affiliates make NO GUARANTEE on items rented out to another member. NO GUARANTEE means that there is NO GUARANTEE your items will be returned, returned in good condition, returned before its due date or returned at all.
• You hereby agree to allow and authorize YungJunk.com to send and withdraw payments from your bank account via ACH or withdrawals from your credit card. Please read our Bank Account Terms and Policy.
