Banking Account Terms and Policy - YungJunk.com

• You are authorizing for us to deposit funds into your personal or business checking account via ACH or from your credit cards.
• You are authorizing us to withdraw funds if necessary in a form of an agreement by you to pay us, and an authorization by you for us to charge such bank account or credit card, and to withdraw money from such checking account, in the event that we issue a refund to the purchaser in connection with a cancelled purchases, YungJunk 1-2-3 claims in which you have lost.
• You may also be required to help us verify the checking or credit card account information you give us, in order for us to remit your proceeds to you. One of the procedures we may require you to follow in order to do this involves YungJunk making small deposits into your checking account and then you telling us how much we have deposited
• You hereby agree that you will pay us, and that we can charge your credit cards, and withdraw funds from your bank or checking accounts, for the amounts necessary to satisfy such amount in the event of such a refund or for all damages we suffer as a result of fraudulent activity in which you are involved or connected with.
• Your failure to pay any such amount to us, within 7 days of us giving you notice that you owe such amount, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement. We will have the right not to pay you Your Proceeds associated with the sale of items n a posting unless and until we have received from you the funds.
• 6. We have the right to not accept any payment posting on postings we deem fraudulent or suspicious, and we have completed to our satisfaction authorization and verification procedures on the credit card, checking account, and other information you have provided.
