Return and Refund Policy

General Returns Policy - This page also contains policies for items Rented or Purchased from YungJunk.com or the YungJunk Marketplace.

YungJunk.com Purchases

You may return most new, unopened items sold and sent by YungJunk.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If this is the case, please go to the "My Account Section" section of the website and select the product category from which you wish to return the item and select the specified order to process a refund request.

If we agree on an exchange or replacement via phone or email conversations, we will send you the replacement product we agreed on and in the mean time we request you to ship back the item you wish to return as soon as possible. The Free Return shipping label can be generated by logging into your account and selecting the product category of purchase, then select the product details of that particular order and confirm by selecting "Return Item."

Merchants or Marketplace sellers Refunds

Any items bought through the YungJunk Marketplace can only be returned to the seller for a refund if:

  • 1. The seller offers a Return or Refund Policy. To find out about such a policy, please visit the seller's page by logging into your account, select the product category of the purchase, the product details of the specified order and finally select the seller's profile to see their return policy page for details.
  • 2. If the seller does not have a refund policy and are not willing to corporate with you and your item falls under "False Misrepresentation" you may be qualified to File a Claim based on our "YungJunk.com 1-2-3 Guarantee"

If you do file a claim and based on your arguments and the counterclaims of the seller we rule in your favor, please ship back the original item to the seller using the information they provide or that on the original packaging.

How long does it take to receive the money back on my card?

If a decision is in your favor, you can expect a refund within four weeks of your sending the package back to the seller. However, usually payments are made much faster.

This time period includes the transit time for you to ship the item back to the seller (5 to 10 business days), the time taken by us to verify that the seller has received the returned item (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

What if the notes I purchase are not the correct notes as described by the seller?

File a Claim immediately. It is very important file a claim so we can verify your claim and contact the seller. It is our goal to provide you with excellent service and ensure no one is taking advantage of our system and providing false information.

After reviewing the claim if we find that you are right (i.e. you win) you will be issued a refund immediately.

What if the notes are not of a good quality?

We have a rating system to ensure that the quality provided by the sellers is good. If you as the buyer have a problem, we ask you to contact the seller through the YungJunk Website by going to that seller's profile and try to resolve the issue. If for some reason you cannot resolve the issue, you can rate that note seller on their note taking skills. It is important for others to see this information so that they can make the right decision, so we recommend you leave a feedback. Please do not use foul language or profanities. You may then File a Claim with us.

How long does it take to receive a refund on my card?

If a decision is made in your favor, you should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of the decision being made. However, in most cases you will receive a refund much faster.

This time period includes transit time and the time taken by your bank to process your refund request (5 to 10 business days).
